Invicta FC 36: Sorenson wins featherweight world title

Pam “Bam” Sorenson used her world-class wrestling skills to top Kaitlin Young at Invicta FC 36. With her unanimous-decision victory, Sorenson won the featherweight title that Felicia Spencer vacated with her call-up to the UFC.
Elsewhere on the Invicta FC 36 card, Emily Ducote finished Janaisa Morandin via strikes in the co-main of the evening. The knockout came at the 4:03-mark of the opening stanza. See here for the full results from fight night.
